Mercury A/C & Heating, Inc. brings over 65 years combined experience in the HVAC industry, and are qualified Air Quality, Comfort Control, Chilled Water, GEO Thermal, Solar, and Design Assist with participation in LEEDS Green Buildings.
Mercury A/C has been in business in Lake Havasu City for over 8 years, and going strong. We are a family oriented business with about 40 “family” members on our team and growing. We have vast knowledge of new construction consisting of Hospitals, Schools and Colleges, Hotels, Restaurants and of course residential small and large custom homes.
One of the principals of our company, with a mechanical engineering background was highly involved in the initiation and facilitation of the Mechanical Apprenticeship Program at Mohave Community College and sat on the board for all of the apprenticeship programs. He also is Vice Chairman of the Builders Advisory Board in Lake Havasu City, a liaison between the City Council and the Community at large.
We have completed multimillion dollar renovations as well as ground up on municipal facilities. We have completed remodels at various college campuses including a library renovation at Cal State Fullerton, while at Cerritos College we added a full athletic wing.
Kingman Junior High School required the addition of a cafeteria. We performed a complete mechanical renovation at the Seligman School providing them with central air conditioning and heating for the first time.

One of our current projects includes a new School and Dormitory on the Navajo Reservation, a LEEDS Silver certified building project which we were part of the Design Assist Team exploring options of GEO Thermal technology, Water Source Heat Pump technology, and conventional technology to provide the reservation with the most efficient
system possible and still meet budgetary needs. This project is overseen not only by the General Contractor, but also by the Bureau of Indian Affairs or BIA. This is job is federally funded with certified payroll reports completed and submitted weekly.

Our completed projects include new restaurants such as Chili’s, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster just to name a few. We have completed Wal-Mart Super Centers in Lake Havasu City, Peoria, Laveen and Winslow Arizona with a Parker, Arizona Wal-Mart on the board.
Added to our experience is the Laughlin Ranch Country Club located in Bullhead City, Arizona. This was a design build project utilizing chilled water in the central plant to condition the facility

Our project list does not stop there. Recently we have completed the 3rd Floor Buildout at Havasu Regional Medical Center, as well as the remodel of their IT room, Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab Center, Linear Accelerator room, and an Open Heart Surgery Suite.

As part of our remodel, we upgraded the central plant equipment from the 30+ year old equipment with 2 new state of the art centrifugal chillers, allowing only 6 hours downtime during the transition, which also required the addition of new pump stations, chilled water and condensing water piping connecting to the new cooling tower.

Of course our Hospital jobs aren’t limited to Lake Havasu. We have completed the Cancer Center, Imaging Center, Cardio Center, and Wound Care / ER at Kingman Regional Medical Center.
